This is a collection preview. Nothing can be bought on this website. News about the collection, new drops and how to order are published on Instagram: @aa.alter.studio.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising trackers. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or follow you across websites. The links to Instagram are ordinary links: nothing is loaded from Instagram until you choose to open it. The sign-up form for our Drop 2 list is provided by MailerLite and is loaded only if you press “Join the list”.

What we collect, and why

Visiting this website. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure, and provides us with anonymous visit statistics. We do not use these to identify you.

Our Drop 2 list. If you join the list on this website, we collect your email address (and your name, only if you give it) to send you news about our drops: early access, sizes and new models. Legal basis: your consent. You confirm your address by email, and you can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to hello@alterstudio.eu. We keep your details until you unsubscribe.

Emails to us. If you write to hello@alterstudio.eu, we use your email address and message to reply to you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or taking steps at your request before a contract.

Orders. If you order, we use the details you give us (name, delivery address, email, phone number if needed, order and payment information) to deliver your order and to keep the accounting records the law requires. Legal basis: performing the contract and our legal obligations. We keep these records for the period required by law. Accounting documents such as invoices are kept for at least five years, and accounting registers for ten years, as required by the Latvian Accounting Law.

Instagram. If you follow or message us on Instagram, Meta processes your data under its own terms and privacy policy. We see what you choose to share with us there.

Who receives your data

Our hosting provider, our email service provider MailerLite (which processes the Drop 2 list for us), our delivery company, payment and accounting providers receive only what they need for their service. We do not sell your data. Delivery companies we use are Omniva, DPD, UPS and FedEx, and payments are made by bank transfer to our bank.

Your rights

You may ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy, and you may object to our processing, by writing to hello@alterstudio.eu. You also have the right to complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv).

Orders

Orders placed through Instagram are subject to the order, delivery and returns information we provide before you buy.
